WHAT ARE SOAPNUTS?
WHY IS NATURAL CLEANING
SO SPECIAL?
OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE FROM SOAPNUTS TO HELP YOU DETOXIFY YOUR HOUSEHOLD, WHILE CHANGING THE WAY WE DO BUSINESS.
Soapnuts also known as Soapberry or Sapindus Mukorossi are very special fruits that grow in the lower foothills and midhills of the Himalayas up to altitudes of 4000 feet.
The soapnut contains the compound of saponin, which has cleansing properties and makes them a perfect natural alternative to conventional detergents that are often full of harmful chemicals. Our soapnuts are naturally tough on stains but mild on delicate fabrics and skin. They are ideal for those with sensitive skin, eczema, allergies and psoriasis as well as baby clothes and cloth diapers. Soapnuts are also great for septic and grey water systems!

Little wonder that they have been loved and known in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries and are widely used in rural parts of India thanks to their cleaning and healing properties!
Kindness Collective uses hand-picked, ethically sourced and organically grown soapnuts of Sapindus Mukorossi and Sapindus Trifoliatus variety to create a natural alternative to conventional laundry and dishwasher detergents.
Our partner charity Harvest Wild organises and trains local women cooperatives to pick and process only the best soapnuts for our products. We pay fair prices and use the most sustainable means of transport to deliver the goods to the UK. We are always looking for ways to make our supply chain even more sustainable in order to deliver safe and natural cleaning to your door.
